It features her with a crown in her teeth, and the motto “Sic Semper Tyrannis” (Thus Always to Tyrants) – famously Virginia’s state motto, but also used other places. Trump has declared himself “king,” and if there’s one thing everyone knows about America, it’s that we shall never have a king. I consider this one of the ways people are using the meme to protest Elon’s takeover, and the destruction of the United States.
